BTTS Prediction Guide

How Both Teams To Score (BTTS) predictions work, what factors the model considers, and how to use BTTS in accumulators.

What is BTTS?

BTTS (Both Teams To Score) is a betting market where you predict whether both teams will score at least one goal during the match. It doesn't matter who wins — both teams just need to find the net.

How our BTTS model works

Our Dixon-Coles model calculates the probability that each team scores at least one goal. BTTS Yes probability = 1 - P(Home 0) - P(Away 0) + P(Both 0). When this probability exceeds 55%, we flag it as a BTTS tip.

BTTS in accumulators

BTTS selections often offer good accumulator legs because the odds are typically between 1.70-2.20. Combined with strong statistical backing, BTTS can add value to accumulators without the risk of backing a specific result.
